Can I keep my doctor?
That depends on the plan and its network. Bring your doctors’ names and a list of prescriptions so we can check coverage before you choose.
When can I enroll?
Enrollment depends on the type of coverage and your situation. Medicare has specific enrollment periods. Marketplace plans have Open Enrollment and Special Enrollment Periods for qualifying situations. Contact us to review your next opportunity.
What should I bring to a consultation?
Start with your questions, your current coverage information, your preferred doctors and your medications. For Marketplace coverage, household and estimated income information may also be needed. Please do not email sensitive health or identification documents.
Can you help me in Spanish?
Absolutely. Thelma offers personal guidance in English and Spanish. Choose the language that feels most comfortable for you.
Can we review a plan I already have?
Yes. We can discuss your current coverage, what is working for you and what you may want to change. A review does not require you to switch plans.
